The United States Army Field Band of Washington, D.C. visited Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the mid 1960s. The soldier-musicians form a touring musical organization of the United States Army. Shown (left) is John Finley, Associate Professor of Music, Lieutenant Colonel Robert L. Bierly (middle), and Carl Anderson, Assistant Professor of Music (right).
