Description

Graduation mid year ceremonies were held at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) on Saturday night, May 28, 1966 in which 197 candidates received degrees in Leone Cole Auditorium. Shown here are faculty entering as the music is being performed by a JSC music ensemble. It appears that David L. Walters, the director of The Southerners Marching Band, is playing the french horn as Carl H.C. Anderson, Assistant Band Director, is playing the clarinet.
