Description
William Falkenberry was elected first president of the Scabbard and Balde Endowment Resource (SABER), sponsored by the National Society of Scabbard and Blade. He was a 1951 Auburn Army ROTC graduate, supervisor of residential sales for Alabama Power Co. in Birmingham, and in the Reserve he was a lieutenant colonel and adjutant of the Birmingham USAR school.
