Description
Memo from Colonel Forest O. Wells, commander of JSU ROTC, to US Army Institute of Heraldry, Alexandria, VA, regarding design of shoulder sleeve insignia for JSU ROTC. Enclosed is memo from G.W. Dundas of the Institute of Heraldry with description of proposed insignia, reasons it is rejected, and suggested revisions. (memo dated August 13, 1970)
