No. 312. Isaac N. Owen vs. Stewart's Heirs. Interrogatories submitted by Peters, Hodges, & R.O. Pickett, solicitors, on behalf of Isaac N. Owen, administrator of John Stewart's estate, to be administered to Allen G. Owen, a witness in a suit pending before the 27th Chancery District, Northern Chancery Division of Alabama. Defendants James W. Ledbetter and Martha J. Ledbetter. Filed in the office of John H. Hansell on February 3, 1859. Executed by providing copy to D.P. Lewis, Esq., solicitor for Ledbetter et al., Sheriff H.A. McGhee [Henry A. McGhee], by his deputy J.M. Watson, February 4, 1859.
