No. 4677. Edgar M. Swoope vs. George W. Bolling. Writ commanding the sheriff to take George W. Bolling into custody and to have him appear before the Judge in Lawrence County Circuit Court. Issued by John M. Jackson, Clerk, March 11, 1848. Notation of no bail required signed William Sale, P2. Notation from Sheriff H.A. McGhee [Henry A. McGhee], authorizing Willliam Seamans to execute and return the writ as his Special Deputy, signed March 13, 1848. Executed by Seamans March 14, 1848.
