No. 1218. The State vs. Carr Jeffers. Summons issued for Henry Davis and James Riggs to appear before the Circuit Court Judge in Moulton, Alabama to give evidence in behalf of the defendant on the 4th day of March term 1848. Issued and signed by John M. Jackson, Clerk, November 19, 1847. To Madison County. Returned "not found" singed H.A. McGhee [Henry A. McGhee], Sheriff.
