No.1522 (Fifa). Joshua L. Martin, Governor vs. Henry Hightower and Pleasant Sively. Itemized bill of cost from the Circuit Court for clerk and sheriff’s fees. Writ commanding the Sheriff of Lawrence County, Alabama to collect court fees owed by Henry Hightower and Pleasant Sively [Pleasant Sivley?] to Joshua L. Martin, Governor of Alabama. Issued and signed by John M. Jackson, Clerk, October 30, 1847. Received on November 12, 1847, returned as "no property found," H.A. McGhee [Henry A. McGhee], Sheriff, March 16, 1848.
