Writ commanding the Sheriff of Lawrence County, Alabama to collect court fees owed by Henry Hightower and Pleasant Sively [Pleasant Sivley?] to Joshua L. Martin, Governor of Alabama. Issued and signed by John M. Jackson, Clerk, October 30, 1847. Received on November 12, 1847, returned as "no property found," H.A. McGhee [Henry A. McGhee], Sheriff, March 16, 1848.
