Description
Russell Brothers Studio has labeled: Miss Miller. Comparison with yearbooks show sitter to be Opal Miller Worthy, a faculty member at the State Normal School. She taught senior high level French and English, attended Mississippi and Peabody College, and joined the faculty at Jacksonville in September, 1929. This appears to be a photo made of an earlier photo or negative. Worthy was married to H.D. Worthy, who was also a faculty member at the SNS.
