Description
In 1966 Governor George Wallace visited Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) on Governor's Day. Here Governor Wallace is shown near the entrance of the International House on the outside walkway as ROTC sponsors and cadets stand at attention in formation down the walkway. A sign across the House columns reads, "Jax State Welcomes the Wallaces." Sharon Crisler, ROTC Sponsor, is standing far left.
