The Department of Military Science at Jacksonville State University held the ROTC Summer Commissioning Ceremony August 11, 2000. The following received their commissions as second lieutenants. From left to right: Eric M. Gaddis (Quartermaster Corps), Kelvin M. Simmons (Transportation Corps), Jason B. Gay (Transportation Corps/Infantry), and Cortney L. Hawkins (Finance Corps).
