Description
Jacksonville State University's Army ROTC cadre rang a bell on August 28, 2013 in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the civil rights march on Washington D.C. and Martin Luther King Jr.'s most famous speech. The bell ringing took place on the front lawn of Bibb Graves Hall (now Angle Hall). Major Paul Thiessen leads the ceremony.
