Description

A memorial was dedicated to Army Major Dwayne Williams who was killed in the September 11, 2001 attack on the Pentagon. The dedication ceremony was held at Jacksonville City Cemetery on September 11, 2002. Shown is a scene before the unveiling of the monument.
