Scabbard and Blade members at Jacksonville State University held a 2.5 GPA and were enrolled in the advanced ROTC program. Cadets referred to as neophytes often wearing cardboard signs performed tasks as instructed. Shown may be a scene from the initiation activities. Cadets in single file line using the bills of their hats as blindfolds. (circa mid 1990s or 2000s)
