ROTC Fall Awards Day was held November 20, 2008 in Rowe Hall at Jacksonville State University. JSU ROTC cadets were recognized with awards and certificates. Ms. Pearl Williams presented the Major Dwayne Williams Memorial Scholarship to cadets Danny Rumley, Alejandro Loera, Lindsey Hinkle, Carrea Johnson, Michael Dickenson, Charles Davis, and Brett Simonelli. Not pictured was recipient Charles Knowlton.
