The week of September 21-27, 1981 was proclaimed ROTC Week at Jacksonville State University. On September 21-22 Rappelling Clinics were held for all interested students at Rowe Hall. Shown a student rappels down the rappelling tower during the clinic. (circa September 21, 1981)
