Two men shake hands at a podium during a National Society of Scabbard and Blade special event. Both military men are dressed in uniform. The first is Lt. Col. William Falkenberry, first president of the Scabbard and Blade Endowment Resource (SABER), sponsored by the National Society of Scabbard and Blade. The second is Alfred C. Carosi of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. He wears a "Delegate" ribbon beneath his name tag. (circa 1968 or after)
