ROTC students at Jacksonville State University received their commissions as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army during ceremonies held April 27, 1984 in the Ernest Stone Performing Arts Center. Major General Ivan R. Smith, Commander 167th Corps Support Command, was guest speaker. Shown MG Ivan R. Smith congratulates 2LT Curtis A. Rauhut.
