Description
Memo from George L. Darley, Department of the Army, Washington DC, to JSU ROTC regarding approval of shoulder loop insignia along with all specifications. Enclosed are copies of later insignia and badges and a Fax Cover sheet from 1996 noting “we do not currently wear the school shoulder patch. We do not have a list of manufacturers,” July 27, 1950.
