Description
Performed: 27-30 September 2001; "The Late Mr. Shakespeare" was based on the book by Robert Nye and adapted for stage by Dr. Wayne H. Claeren and Dr. Steve Whitton. The play is a straight forward kind of storytelling by the one character in the play, Pickleherring. Pickleherring was a former actor in Shakespeare's theatrical troupe and has set out to write Mr. Shakespeare's life story. The set was designed by Diana Cadwallader. This item is contained within the Theatre & Film Production Archive.
