Description

Performed: 25 February – 6 March 1994; Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe's "My Fair Lady" was based on George Bernard Shaw's play "Pygmalion." It tells the story of Eliza Doolittle, a Cockney flower seller who is transformed into a member of upper-class English society by Professor Henry Higgins. The play was directed by Wayne Claeren, costume design by Freddy Clements and Jennifer Jacobs (assistant), scenic design/produced by Carlton Ward, lighting design/technical direction by David Keefer, choreography by Barry Mundy, vocal coaching by Jane Holloway, orchestra conducted by Carl Anderson, stage management by Mishia Edwards and Thomas F. Millington (assistant), costume shop managed by Joyce Tate, box office managed by Jan Rhodes as well as rehearsal and performance accompanist. This item is contained within the Theatre & Film Production Archive.
