Description

Performed: 3-7 December 1992; Neil Simon's "Rumors" is about a couple celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary. They invite four couples to their home for a weekend. The first couple arrives, hears a gunshot, finds the host who was shot, but does not find the wife or service staff. A coverup begins and escalates as each new couple arrives. The play was directed by Wayne Claeren, produced and scenic design by Carlton Ward, costume design by Freddy Clements, lighting/sound design and technical direction by David Keefer, stage management by Mishia Burns and Kathryn Polka (assistant), costume shop manager was Joyce Tate, and box office manager was Jan Rhodes. This item is contained within the Theatre & Film Production Archive.
