Miriam Higginbotham, Associate Dean of Student Affairs, was honored at the Jacksonville State University baseball dinner for her contributions to Gamecock baseball over the years. She was presented with Gulf South Conference championship baseballs from the 1973, 1975, 1977, 1983 teams and the NCAA teams of 1973, 1979, 1983. Standing with her are former players Thomas Wilson, Jabo Jordan, Joe Lapka, Steve Gamble, Joe Brasfield, Sammy Davis, Mike Lamb, Mike Galloway, Evan Edge, Skipper Jones, and Craig Edge.
