Outstanding teachers from across Alabama were annually inducted into the Jacksonville State University Teacher Hall of Fame. The eighth annual Teacher Hall of Fame Awards Banquet was held April 6, 1977 in the Student Commons Auditorium at Jacksonville State University. Shown is a top 10 finalist. The finalists were Emily Lipscomb, Anne Wilkinson, Dora Perryman, LaFonda Fleming, Glenda Taylor, Sarah Faucett, Josephine Loyd, Janice Nabors, Annette Redmon, Sister Mary Adrian McLean. Shown is Anne Wilkinson, 5th and 6th grades Golden Springs Elementary School. (circa March 27, 1977)
