The new ROTC building at Jacksonville State University was under construction and located on Bennett Boulevard next to the School of Nursing in 1977. The structure was set to be ready for use in late 1978. It would have classrooms, offices, an operations room, a learning center, a firing range, and a repelling tower. Shown is the architectural drawing for the building. (circa September 26, 1977)
