The Calhoun-Cleburne Mental Health Board surveyed the two county area to locate developmentally disabled. Sandra Hendley, coordinator of the developmental disability survey, and Len Altamura, director of Mental Retardation Services, work with two phone survey volunteers to reach people in the area. (circa November 1, 1976)
