Description

Renovation of the stadium at Jacksonville State University began in 1977 and was set for completion before the 1978 football season. Upgrades included a new lighting system, new visitor and end zone bleachers (increased seating to 15,000), new aluminum planks for the home side, press box renovation, additional concession and restroom facilities, and a new scoreboard. Shown is a model of the plans.
