Description

The annual scholarship from District 686, Rotary International, was presented to Berthil Slim (Holland) at the Jacksonville State University International House. Dr. Kermit Johnson (governor of District 686 Rotary Clubs) greets Berthil Slim as John Stewart (director of the International House) and Pierre Delhaise (Belgium) look on. Delhaise was recipient of a scholarship provided by the Anniston Rotary Club. (circa October 15, 1976)
