Four Jacksonville State Teachers College students dressed in plaid shirts and rolled up blue jeans together use a ladder to hang the "Welcome Alumni" sign and other homecoming decorations outside Bibb Graves Hall. Their clothing is believed to be from The Golden Plow, a boutique in Piedmont, AL. (circa 1941 as handwritten on the back of the photograph or 1950 as captioned in the October 26, 1971 issue of the Chanticleer)
