Dr. John Frank Glazner was the registrar at Jacksonville State College in 1949-1950. He joined the teaching staff of the Jacksonville State Normal School in 1921 and served the institution for 35 years in capacities as teacher, registrar, and acting president. (circa 1949-1959)
