Description

In celebration of National Home Economics Week at Jacksonville State College, a couple of students from Cuba demonstrate to classmates how to make Cuban bread. Shown from left are Sarah Anderson, Helen Marbut, Carmen Rubio, and Marlene Fernandez. All attended the state convention of the Alabama Home Economics Assocation in 1958 to exchange their ideas on cooking. (circa November 9, 1958)
