Area superintendents met at Jacksonville State College on February 25, 1954 to assist in planning a summer workshop for teachers. The visitors enjoyed a luncheon meeting in the college cafeteria addition. Shown from left are, seated, Dr. Frank Newell (Calhoun County Schools), Lem Lovvorn (Randolph County Schools), Frank Harwell (Talladega City Schools), Hubert Street (Coosa County Schools), Dr. Reuben Self (College Director of Secondary Education), R.M.
