Dr. J. Eugene Duncan was a member of the music faculty and Director of the college band at Jacksonville State College in 1954-1955. Dr. Duncan was also a music composer. Shown he stands with an unidentified male inside a music building classroom together holding a piece of sheet music. (circa 1954)
