Description

The Physical Education Department at Jacksonville State Teachers College held a Square Dance Institute in February 1952. Standing at the microphone is square and folk dancing authority John L. Moore, director of recreation for the Bemiston Mills, who directed the Square Dance Institute. Shown are Lula Ann Johnson, Ben Nodal, Peggy Davis, and Billy Joe Barnard. Aleene Scogin, Harris Love, Raymond Boozer, and Gail Mountain look on. (circa February 20, 1952)
