Description

A workshop for lunchroom managers was held at Jacksonville State College in June 1954. Lunchroom managers from county and city schools were in attendance. Directing the workshop were, from left, Dr. Baskin Wright (campus director), Roy T. Alverson (state supervisor, local accounting and school lunch), Mrs. Frances Farrell (American Home Economics Agricultural Marketing Services, U.S. Department of Agriculture), and Mrs. Mary Lowrey (head of the college home economics department).
