Description

The new physical education building at Jacksonville State University was named Pete Mathews Coliseum, for Pete Mathews, Clay County legislator and member of the JSU Board of Trustees. The new facility was completed and opened Fall 1974. Shown is an exterior view of the building and parking lot. (circa 1975-1976)
