The new military science building at Jacksonville State University, named Rowe Hall in honor of the university's then current vice president for business affairs, Charles Rowe, was dedicated to the memory of past JSU students who have died in American wars. Shown is the architectural drawing for the building. (circa 1977; before opening in 1980)
