Description

Charles Rowe served in the U.S. Army 1957-1960. He was appointed to Business Manager at Jacksonville State University by incoming President Ernest Stone and assumed his new duties January 1971. Shown Charles Rowe sits at a circuit training board and is dressed in military uniform. JSU's military science building is named Charles Corley Rowe Hall. (circa February 1971)
