These members of the Jacksonville Anniston Squadron of Civil Air Patrol were awarded service ribbons at a Wing Staff visitation meeting held at Jacksonville State College. Awards were presented by Col. Cary Nall, Alabama Wing Commander. Shown from left are 1st Lt. John W. Williams, operations officer, red service ribbon, 1st Lt. Russell Greenleaf, transportation officer, white ribbon, Captain Jack M. Williams, commandant of cadets, white ribbon, Col. Nall, 2nd Lt. Pelham Ables, Warrant Officers James D. Smith and Peter Acker, red service ribbons, and Major Lucille Branscomb, squadron commander, blue ribbon with bronze oak leaf cluster. (circa December 15, 1964)
