Description

Peggy Whitley was the president of Kappa Delta Epsilon at Jacksonville State College in 1966-1967. She attended the Kappa Delta Epsilon Sixteenth National Convention held November 10-13, 1966 at the Dinkler Motor Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Shown she is seated far right at the head table, possibly during the horizon luncheon in which she was aide to Mrs. Lillian Johnson, President Atlanta PPA. (circa November 12, 1966)
