Peggy Whitley was the president of Kappa Delta Epsilon at Jacksonville State College in 1966-1967. Shown she stands below stairs to board a Southern Airways plane leaving Anniston, Alabama for Atlanta, Georgia on November 11, 1966. She attended the Kappa Delta Epsilon Sixteenth National Convention held November 10-13, 1966 at the Dinkler Motor Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.
