Jacksonville State University President, Dr. Houston Cole, was named as The Anniston Star's 1965 "Man of the Year." Presenting the plaque on January 12, 1966 during the annual Anniston Chamber of Commerce meeting is Ralph W. Callahan, executive vice president of The Star.
