Description
In the summer of 1918 colleges were used as training camps for the U.S. Army. The Students Army Training Corps was organized and Jacksonville State Normal School constructed a barrack and unit of 200 men. After World War I was over the army left the building and it was remodeled as a dormitory for men. (circa 1920)
