Description

Heading the leadout at the 1954 Jacksonville State College military ball was Bobbie Waller, honorary colonel, who is being presented a bouquet by Lt. Col. A.W. Harvey, commander of the ROTC. Waller was escorted by Cadet Captain William Hammill. Shown behind them in line were Cadet Colonel Norman Propes and his date Mary Sharpe. (circa October 24, 1954)
