Description

The reviewing stand was located on the steps of the Federal Building (at that time, it still housed the Post Office) on the southeast corner of 12th and Noble streets. President Houston Cole is bottom front row, first individual (in dark suit). A newspaper article lists the people who should be on the reviewing stand: Dr. [Houston] Cole, Mayor E. C. Lloyd; Col. M.
