Description

Carl B. Fritsche, Tuscaloosa Business executive, was a speaker at the 38th annual Anniston Chamber of Commerce dinner at Jacksonville State Teachers College. At the speaker’s table are the newly elected officers and board of directors, J. Fred Reeves, who introduced the speaker; Fred Nunnelly, chairman of the County Commission; Mayor E. D. Banks; Lt. Gov. J. C. Inzer; Col C. E. Jones, commanding officer of Anniston Ordnance Depot; Col Hugh Parker, commanding officer of Fort McClellan; President Houston Cole, of Jacksonville State Teachers College; Lloyd Foster, president of the National Association of Commercial Organization Secretaries and general manager of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, and R.
