Description

Note from Anniston-Calhoun Public Library: "There are two different given names written on the photograph. The first starts with an 'A' and resembles 'Aubrey'. The second name, written in pencil on top of the other name, reads 'Rutledge'. Based on available information, we have tentatively identified the child as one of the sons of Rutledge Forney Daugette Sr. [sic] (Rutledge Jr. or Clarence III)." Forney Rutledge Daugette, Jr. was born in 1932. His brother, Clarence William Daugette III, was born in 1936 and died at the age of seven.
