Description

The Alabama Education Association Convention was held March 29, 1957 in the Terrace Room of the Tutwiler Hotel in Birmingham. Identified seated at the head table are Paul Snow, Col. Harry M. Ayers, and Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Miles. Lawrence Miles, college registrar, presided over the session and delivered the address. Col. Ayers and Paul Snow were members of the State Board of Education. (circa March 29, 1957)
