Majority Leader John McCormack stands before an audience speaking in the Speaker's dining room in the House of Representatives. A group of 35 people from Jacksonville State Teachers College made a 5 day trip to Washington, D.C. to study government first hand. Identified during the luncheon are R.K. Coffee (Jacksonville News), Dr. Baskin Wright (director), and Margaret Dishman Coggin. (circa July 16, 1950)
