Sammie Tate was a student at Jacksonville State University. In 1974-1975 she was named as Miss Libra and featured in the Mimosa Stars section of The Mimosa, the school yearbook. Shown she walks on the railroad track at the Jacksonville Train Depot. (circa 1974)
